Studio Policies

Musical success comes from consistent hard work. Students who enroll agree to a weekly lesson. Payment for the month occurs on the first lesson of each month. The studio year is divided into terms: fall term, spring term, and summer term. Students have the opportunity to make up one missed lesson per term, provided that they cancel within a 24-hour window of their scheduled lesson. Any lesson canceled with less than a 24-hour notice requires full payment and will not be made up. Students agree to purchase books and commit to regular practice. The continuation of lessons for each student is at the discretion of the studio owner and is based on attendance, progress, and prompt tuition payments.

Each year, there will be at least one recital. Students have the opportunity to perform for peers and families if they so choose. Performance at recitals is not mandatory.

Lessons take place at Immanuel Episcopal Church at 3263 Old Church Road in Mechanicsville, VA.
